    RESEARCH

My research interests are in low-dimensional and geometric topology (in dimensions 2 and 3), particularly mapping class groups and group actions on surfaces. Currently, my research centers around investigating the roots of Dehn twists about multicurves and general primitivity of elements in the mapping class group.
